Refund Policy

Flat Library is a digital download. Because of the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once it has been purchased and successfully downloaded.

Please read the product description carefully before you buy, and check it will run on your setup. It needs Adobe Illustrator CC 2019 or newer, on a Mac.

If there's a problem with your download

If you have an issue such as a corrupted file, a missing link or an access problem, email flatlibraryapp@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. We'll verify your order and make sure you get a working download.

What isn't refunded

• A change of mind or an accidental purchase.
• Incompatibility with your software.
• Misunderstanding what the product includes.

We work to make sure Flat Library runs properly, and we will always help if a genuine technical issue is stopping you from using it.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
